Refurbished device not working

I booked in my device at the Northgate branch on the 25th of April and the consultant (Lindiwe) told me it would take 14 days and 2 weeks later my phone was still sitting i their Northgate store and when i asked them why they told me that the device wasnt there only for the consultant (Busi) to book it in the minute i turn my back. I then got my phone back on the 14th of May only to be given a refurbished device that didnt have BBApp World, could not connect to the internet and therefore i could not download whatsapp or any internet based application, i couldnt set up my email because the refurbished device that they sent me was set on Enterprise for some wierd reason which i dont use, the battery life was still lasting only 3 hours.i took it back and the store manager (Thabiso) played around with it and then i managed to set up my email and download Whatsapp but i couldnt download anything further. I took it home and on the 16th i noticed that it kept losing signal even after rebooting it and i took it back on the 17th of May at 9:00.the consultants didnt even care that i didnt have a phone and i would have to carry my sim in my hand for another 14 days... this is really pathetic
