Unfortunately Nashua only responds to these forum's for PR purposes but behind the scenes dont really care about their clients.
Eventually after 2 weeks i managed to get a loan device and managed to get my phone booked in for repairs. I received a mail today informing me that im going to get another refurbished device. I've had 3 refurbished devices in the last 3 months and now you want to give me another?
I have insurance but what use is, when you prefer to salvage parts from other devices and create a refurbished unit to put back into the market
I'm almost out of contract so any issues going forward due to poor workmanship is going to be at my expense which is UN-exceptable
I cant believe that this is what i have to resort too to be taken seriously and fight for what I'm paying for!
