Outstanding bad service

In March 16/03/2013 I took out a 24-month Contract from Cell C, (DEVICE) Blackberry Z10 (white). I had the phone for not even a month when it started giving me problems such as battery faults, freezing of the phone and overheating. Which means i send the phone in for repairs, I INSISTED on a new phone as it was not even a month old, they did not comply and gave me a second hand-Refurbished Phone (06/04/2013, i used the Refurbished Phone, and it happend again, I followed the same procedure AS said in top of letter, as it was giving the same troubles. Again I insisted on a new phone, and i was issued with a refurbished phone again on (03/10/2013). In December 2013 i was in a accident (31-12-2013) and my device was Completly Broken, and Torn Apart, they took more then a month to inform me they not fixing or Replacing it, and now im phone less!! With every repair, they took more than 31 Days, I am unhappy with paying for a Contract now, not having a device, and Cell C not wanting to Replace my device, and issueing me with Refurbished phones all the time, I DO INSIST ON A NEW DEVICE FROM CELL C BEFORE END OF MARCH 2014, if not, I will take further Actions, if Cell C cannot Replace my Device!
