Complaint Against 8ta for Blackberry 9900 Bold

I have reported my problem on hello peter earlier this, but I am still seating with a device that is not working.

It given that when a customer gets a device from the repair centre it is a refurbished device, that another customer reported it to be problematic somewhere else, yet the very same device is still circulated around different 8ta Flagship stores, but then it is not communicated to customers that we are swapping your old device with a refurbished device yet the customer is under the impression that I am getting a new device.

I just want to get a perspective on the fact that I am going to continue paying for a device that is giving me serious issues, because since last year the first time I reported the device to be faulty up until to date have booked in my device for more than 4 times. Eventually the Warranty Period will expire on the 26 of June this year.

JOB# PRE135285 I had a problem with charger and battery the device constantly restart by itself.
JOB# PRE138139 I had a problem with my screen as it didn't show text while it is on and made phone calls on its own.
JOB# PRE142365 I was experiencing a problem with keypad, audio and the device kept on restarting.
