New phone contract - Samsung S4

I upgraded my cell phone contract after much debate. I signed up for a Samsung S4 after taking more than 48 hours to even activate my new phone I realised that I am not able to receive any calls as I had not network. I further discovered that I was unable to use my camera (this was over a weekend). On the Monday afternoon I returned the phone to Strubensvalley branch and informed them of the problem. I was still within my 7 (seven) day period. I was told that the phone will "OBF" and returned to Midrand. This was 20 May 2013, to date I am still awaiting my phone to be sorted out. The sales person called me last week Thursday informing me that he received an e-mail from the "OBF Centre" Midrand informing him that there is nothing wrong with the phone. How can there be nothing wrong with the phone if I could not use it, it was supposed to be a new phone in perfect working order? I would not recommend anybody to Nashua Mobile as they have BAD SERVICE and NO CUSTOMER AFTER SALES SERVICE.
