I recently sent in my phone for repairs and was given a refurbished unit which was faulty and then got another refurbished unit which is also faulty. The technical manager personally delivered the current device because he could not explain how the refurbished device was sent out without being tested
Now im stuck with a device that doesn't work and neither the account manager nor the corp support alias seem to care or take ownership of replacing my unit
I've been promised feedback but still have not received an update yet
