This is now the third time that I'm writing a complaint on here and still Cell C cannot get it right. Ruth promised to call me back yesterday already and i'm still waiting to hear from her. In the meantime after ensuring me that I now got no limits on my phone I received an sms from Cell C last night informing me that a R 400. was placed on the phone. This morning I received another sms telling me that my line is now blocked for all outgoing calls. What is going on? I am now tired of trying to sort this out and am now going to spread the word on how inefficient Cell C staff is and how little they value their customers. This is disgraceful.
