Still not resolved PART III

Long story short... Cell C promised one thing, did another, overcharged me for a service contract that they had to "close" when I went over on new contract with upgrade. I complained on Hello Peter TWICE before and "Ruth" contacted me and PROMISED that the amount (R1440) has been credited and I do NOT owe that money to Cell C any more as it was their mistake. GUESS WHAT? This morning Cell C promptly deducted the amount of R1440 off my bank account... Can anyone confirm what the crime is when someone takes something from you without your consent? Yeah... exactly... I cannot write the word here as the word is promptly replaced with (stars, to "hide" what I actually wrote)... See...?!!! They are very clever I must say. Kept me in the dark for 4 weeks just to "postpone" my complaint till they have opportunity to remove the money from my account anyway. I am starting my tweets now, for those interested Check out #CellC and #WORSToftheWORST on twitter... Oh yeah, and Dear Cell C, you need to fetch this Samsung Tab as I cannot use it as you blocked it... have a great week, you'll hear from my lawyer soon.
