I am now tired of calling the 084145 /2 number and holding on for ages atleast a minimum of 20min it kills my airtime. I have applied at a branch 3weeks ago for a Samsung S4 and I was told to rather apply at Cell C direct also as it would only take 7days to receive the phone. After countless of phone calls from my side I am still waiting for feedback it took them over a week just to do credit vetting then telling me I have a LINE already with them which I confirmed I didn't, it took them another 3days to clear this . they then told me I am approved and I should call them back last week Wednesday which I did, then I was told call us Thursday Morning which I did then I was told they don't have stock once again of the S4 and I should call them on Friday morning which I did as my status will be updated and they will SMS me, which they still didn't!
I was then promised by a lady Brenda that by Monday everything will be sorted and the phone will be coming inn on Wednesday 21st-05-2013 . I called yesterday after holding on for atleast 25min again I was told they not sure why the phone was not yet ordered against my name but I am approved. I am still waiting on a return call.
