Cell C
Still no resolution

I refer to Cell C's previous response to my complaint.

If you cannot find these call records, then Cell C clearly has a problem. If I indeed did not call in, then how was I able to obtain an ITC number (ITC: 13018054) to report the to the SAPS???

Get your facts straight, I did call in to report my phone, and asked for the SIM to be barred.

Cell C, lying to me will not work. The call was made from my data card SIM (0746212074) on the 28th November 2012.

Even on my statements, it shows that all the dodgy calls stopped due to the SIM being blocked. But midway through December the calls started again as it was re-activated.

it is extremely concerning that you cannot find such records, when I have previously discussed this with various Cell C representatives. Cell C have made serious errors on my account and now Cell C are not willing to admit it.

Additionally, I was contacted by Tebogo, he explained to me that Ruth was ill and could no longer deal with my query. After much deliberation, Tebogo promised that his manager would call me last Thursday afternoon (11.04) if he was available, latest Friday (12.04).

Here I am yet again, waiting for the phone call.
