It seems like the only way one gets service at Cell C is by filling a complaint as they incompetent staff doesn't know how to handle a simple requests.
It's the 2nd time I take you to hello peter due to this specific contract and no one seems to know what's going I was given a wrong package deal by one of your consultants Petersen. I called in a number of times to find out what can be done with this matter as I cannot do anything with this phone I was promised a call back and I'm still waiting for the Team manager Thoko to call me back still no feedback from her. I don't think I shall be staying with cell c your in breach of our telephonic agreement I am going to cancel both my contracts with you guys I'm tired of all this run around you been giving me called you guys last month already no one has called me spoke to 3 different people telling me Sales has to listen to the call first and call me well no one has called me and I am pretty mad about this as this cell phone keeps billing me I did not ask for an open line I was very specific about my request I will not be staying with you guys I'm tired of all this
