Well, well, Sipho from Cell C phoned on Thursday 1/08/2013 as was promised on Hello Peter by Cell C. And he promised to follow up this matter and phone me back. It is now nearly two weeks later and I'm still waiting for the phone call from Sipho.
It looks to me that all the people at Cell C involved in this matter are becoming aware that Cell C stuffed this up big time as soon as they listen to the voice recording. Then they don't want to continue to sort it out. I'm now suffering as a consequence of this matter as Cell C is now preventing me to upgrade my line which I have since October 2003 with them.
This is now really getting ridiculous!!
