Worst call center / customer service in the world

Hi all,

I would like to share all my bad experiences with Cell C but I simply do not have time / space in this thread to do so. I will however share my last one with you.

Ordered my Galaxy S4 and after waiting for 6 (working) days I followed up and they apparently did not have a correct delivery address as the who captured my contract did not spell the street correctly. So on day 7 I was happy to finally get my phone BUT the new micro-SIM card did not work. They said I should turn off my old phone with old SIM, charge my new phone to 100%, ONLY then switch it back on after min 2 hours and it should work. Well that was a load of BS as 3 days later and still does not work. After calling 140, waiting, being put to "follow-ups" n getting cut off I'm still in the same place. They do not even bother to call back. Useless, I might as well take the device back to them n tell the to shove it.
