I have been having the same conversation with the call centre for months now, CELL C loaded the incorrect payment date on THERE system and every month I have to struggle to get my services connected again, I spent more than an hour yesterday trying to sort out the situation first they told me that they will activate the line, I just need to restart my phone, I phoned again just to get a response "like it or not you will not be connected before you pay" I spoke to the supervisor (Voyo) at the JHB call centre he promised me to sort it out with the credit department and would phone me before 6 last night, I AM STILL WAITING, when I tried to phone back I got an automated response and could not phone the call centre again until this morning. I have had it with Cell C and will do my best to warn everybody to stay away from Cell C, I have 78 workers in my department at our depot alone and all of them that has a Cell C contract I will personally help to switch to MTN or Vodacom as they supply service. Cell C you should not be in business we pay our accounts and your salaries and only get poor service and bad attitudes from you
