I would just like to say i finally got to know the kind of company that CELL C is. After they messed up with my initial application and kept me waiting for a phone for trhee weeks, Ruth called me and reassured me that this time they will get it right.
RUTH AND MATHAPELO wasted my time again. MATHAPELO told me that she spoke to her team leader and i will get my phone by the 05 June 2013. I was Shocked when I called in today and Wayne told me that as I was no longer interested, the deal was cancelled and no one could confirm employment and they cancelled everything.
I am still in shock trying to come to terms with this matter and I am still going to resort to the consumer ombuds to report CELL C for the manner in which they treated me as a client (doing a credit application without disclosing all details to me that they were supposed to). I DO NOT want a cell phone from CELL C at all now. I also do not want any of CELL C coutersy calls that are premeditated after getting a complaint to try and sweeten the matter.
Cell C called me almost 4 times on a saturday, RUTH and MATHAPELO one after another pretending to resolve this matter, keeping me in the dark and wasting my time.
