This issue is still not resolved. After speaking to Ruth a few times, nothing actually occured, after many promises, not only from Ruth but also Darryl from Cell C in Tygervalley.
Turns out that even after I reported my phone and had the SIM card blocked, Cell C re-activated my old SIM card and allowed the to carry on making calls at my expense. Even after I requested Cell C to stop my Debit order until this issue was resolved, they still debited my account anyway, regardless of the fact that this was their mistake. I keep enquiring about this through customer service, and each time I get promised that a manager will contact me, I'm still waiting. Ruth attempted to assist, but seems like she also forgot to call. Lots of forgetful people @ Cell C, but they will never forget to rip their customers' off.
Utterly disappointed, to the brink of Legal Action if this is not resolved, as this is blatant from Cell C.
