Same thing again, Ruth called me literally 5 mins after I posted my last complaint on HelloPeter, she said she would investigate. I received a call from 084140 a few hours later, unfortunately, I was in a meeting and was unable to answer.
One would expect to leave a VOICEMAIL or a TEXT MESSAGE, yet it is I again who has to take the time and effort to get hold of Cell C, for a problem which was caused by Cell C.
I still do not understand why Cell C would re-activate a blocked SIM card, it really boggles my brain, and the fact that Cell C removed funds out of my account after numerous requests to halt my Debit order until this issue was solved is unforgivable.
