LINE ACTIVATION STILL NOT DONE

On Friday 11 May 2013 i called Vodacom to do an add on onto my contract which was no problem at all. Delivery according to the ad is one day. So Monday was fine by me. Delivery took place only on Tuesday afternoon, i called to have the line activated just after 14:00, and that was sent to the activation department, Wednesday i called 3 times to find out when activation will be done, only to be told that they got a back log, but activation should be done by 17:00 the afternoon. We now on Thursday 16 May 2013 no activation yet, i called 2 x this morning already and is using the call back service. no call yet... VODACOM YOUR SERVICE THIS TIME AROUND IS SO DISAPPOINTING... PLEASE JUST ACTIVATE MY LINE IS ALL I AM ASKING.
