Waste of time data contract and service

Hi i took out a datd contract 7 /05 got delievery 14/05 after fight with quite a feww consulants, this was an on line purchase which your site failed to pick up. Tumelo was so helpfull in speedy up this contract, when i recieved it i called activation around 3..00pm spoke to the consultant took down my details told me to waqit 5 hours for activation well, no sms recived that day, wednesaday afternoon at 5.30 pm activation.

on thursday i received a sms saying the line is blocked, called 082111 and 082155 for assistance they said i should get a call in 24 hours well i am still waiting . i am so frustraqted at this point very number i had called no help at all . please help if not please pick it up.
