Hi my name is shafiek, i upgraded my contract on the 31 March 2013 and took a blackberry 9360 as a present for my wife. she only opened the box and started using the phone a week after i purchased it and the 2nd day of using the phone it started rebooting on its on so we decided to return the phone to 8.ta southgate mall as we arrived there one of the sales ladies said that their was a 6day gaurantee on the phone and they couldn't replace the phone with a new one they had to send it in to blackberry for repairs this happened 27days later on the 27 April 2013. as i waited for the phone for 2 weeks. 8.ta phoned me to tell me i can come and get the phone back it was repaired on the 16 May 2013 when i went their they gave me an old refurbished phone with a loose cover and said blackberry couldn't repair my phone so they replaced it with that old refurbished phone. so i refused to take that phone and demanded that they give me a new phone as the phone was less than a month old. they said they cant do anything they must hear what blackberry says first and i should wait 2/3 more weeks. i really think they are trying to rob me how can i pay a contract for 24 months for an old phone???
