Line activation

We did a contract upgrade and the number porting (0742394323) from Vodacom to MTN with Nashua Mobile Clearwater on the 24 May 2013.
The activation for the new number and a new contract happened process and activation took place on the 29 May 2013.
Today is the 3rd of June 2013 and my line still not active. Yesterday (2 June 2013) I went in the shop to inquire and they said an email was sent to MTN and my phone will be activated this morning and it is still not working.
