A new line was ordered from vodacom and the cell phone received. Vodacom was phoned 5 times on friday and eventually a service consultant phoned back only to inform me it can only be done one monday, and that he will phone me back on monday morning at 8. Monday morning at 11 I phoned vodacom the first time and couldn't speak to a consultant, I tried repeatedly with the same result and left 4 messages to call back but no one did.
