I have had endless problems trying to port my number and have it activated. Received my phone on the 20th of August already. After Vodacom getting it right and porting my number, I have now been stuck without a working sim card since friday. I was told that I would be called back within 5 hours once the line had been activated, and I have still not received a call. I've tried calling the activations department a number of times, but wait for 10 minutes without a consultant answering every time. Can Vodacom just activate my line already. It's been 4 days and they have still not activated it and NOBODY gets back to me!!
