Sim card activation

I ordered Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini online on the 22nd of August 2013 and they said that it will be delivered the following day 23th of August 2013 then there was an issues with the delivery but the phone was finally delivered on the 7th of August 2013. I called the 0821950 to activate my sim but they told me that the sim that was allocated to me is not the same sim number i'm giving to then, they will have to de-activate the one on the system and allocate the one i'm giving them and it will take 48 hours but it took longer than a week and was finally done on Sunday the 18th of August 2013, a lady by the name of Mampie took my number and she said she will call me back but that never happened until i called again on Monday the 19th of August and the told me they waiting for activation untill today they still waiting for activation. I called on Firday the 30th of August & they said taht they will follow up and will call me back & didn't call. I called again today found Denzel and he told me that he will try to get the activation team to do it today and he took my number, said he will call back but he hasn't called. I'm unhappy about this, I'ts a month now, i still cant use the phone.
