I did an upgrade on two phones and sim swops on 11/05/13. The first phone was activated immediately and the other after 2 hours not. I went back and enquired and was told to wait 24 hours. On 12/05/13 the sim was stil not swopped and my phone not working. My wife who's phone it was drove back 65km where the store is located and enquired and was told the sim was not swopped and she could not be helped because the account was in my name. I can't just take off work and waist petrol there and back to activate a sim swop. i have all the details and someone from the store could have verified my details online to help my wife. Is it possible for someone to phone me online or do i really have to go all the way back to the store?
