Was at MTN N1 City store Sunday, 26/01 for an upgrade to a Blackberry. Had to wait 48 hours for BIS to be activated. According to the careline my package was not activated at the store. They suggested I call the store. After trying an entire week without any answer at the store, I went back to the store on Saturday, 01/02. Just to be told it will be actioned at the store and again I have to wait 24 hours for activation. I have been trying the entire morning to get through to the store, but no luck. The store does not answer any calls nor reply to emails. Spent 47 mins on the phone to customer care line waiting for an operator, eventually ended the call.
