The Sales reps are very eager to get you to sign a contract and once its done all you receive is bad service.
On Monday I was advised that my application had been approved and that the new sim would be activated and that I should collect the phone on Tuesday. When I went in to get the phone, I dealt with a new rep who was not very helpful. She gave me the phone and said that the new sim had not been activated and that I needed to wait 2- 24 hours. Its been over 24 hours and I still cannot use the phone. 808 has advised that the sim swop has not been done. We have tried calling the store many times and since there is no answer, I have been asked to go back to the store.
I will not be going back there so please get this sorted out immediately!
