Firstly, i have battled to stop my son's phone when he got robbed on saterday, they said they where off line and i must phone back after i have hold on for more than a half an hour. Then when i went to the store yesterday i had to pay for replacement card, they told me it will be activated in 3 hours, this is19 hours ago and it still isn't activated. My son needs a phone and i had to sent him to school today without one. Please can someone activate this phone a.s.a.p.
