Iphone 5 Upgrade problems

I registered online for the iPhone 5 pre-order for my upgrade. I was called by Cell C to offer me a new contract for the phone. I declined saying i was due for an upgrade today and if they can put my name on the upgrade list. The consultant in customer service said i could only upgrade on the 14th. So on Friday evening around 6pm i went to Centurion mall and enquired there. The person told me they dont do iphone 5 upgrades in the store, and i must call Cell C. So i waited for the upgrade date (today) and called in only to be told they dont have stock. So what was the use submitting my details for a pre-order? Also not to mention the lady in the Centurion store was extremely rude in her responses to me and was working on some documents, she kept looking down when answering me and seemed to not want to even deal with my questions. What do i do from here? Plz check records to see i registered online and would like my phone and upgrade done immediately. Also my sister in law received her phone for a new contract in the few days after she took the contract. It seems like cell c is holding back the upgrades only for new customers.
