I voiced an opinion on HelloPeter earlier this month in the hope that someone at Vodacom would be concerned enough to contact me in an effort to assist with my problem - surprise suprise but typical of my experience with them to date - and true to the level of service that I have received and come to expect from Vodacom, not even a whisper of a response. I have handed in my BlackBerry at Makro PMB for repairs on 3 separate occasions since 11 April and still don't have a working phone. I haven't received it back since I last handed it in on 1 May. Handed in with the same problem each time and returned to me with exactly the same problems to which the Makro staff, and in-house Vodacom rep can attest. In the interim I am having to use my antiquated but ever reliable little Nokia which doesn't have internet or Whatsapp capabilities and I am spending a fortune on airtime and SMSs. Horrific service to say the least!
