Good Day

I'm writing this letter with frustration, I'll get straight to the point. Last year beginning December 2012, I sent my Blackberry 9800 to MTN outlet at Vangate Mall for repairs, it had a problem with losing network and freezing as well as rejecting my sim card, and my phone was fixed, and they gave it back beginning January 2013. This phone had scratches and dents on it when I took it there and they noted that.

Now beginning April 2013, my phone speaker was not working, so I took it back there, since it's still under warranty. And after that, they was no communication to update me about my phone, up until today (07/05/2013) in the morning, telling me to come pick up my phone is ready.

When I arrived there I was told my phone was not repaired, because my phone have physical damages, which they caused my speaker not work. I asked them (at the shop in Vangate) that, this phone even before had these same physical damages, and it was fixed, why now. They couldn't answer my question.

Now they asked me to take my phone with, and sign an acknowledgement form for the phone that I picked it up with repairs, but I refused to do that. I even told them to throw it in the bin.
