Warranty not covering anything

Hi, I purchased a Blackberry Torch 9810 from mtn on contract in 2011. The phone fell and the lcd cracked. Took it to mtn Walk In Centre in Canal Walk and they gave me a new Blackberry. At the time i was told that i don't have to pay in as the warranty covers it, this was in 2012.

On the 2nd June 2013 i took the new Blackberry to mtn walk in centre as the two of the buttons came loose and the phone would not work when the slide was down (suppose it's the ribbon). At the walk in centre they could not pick the phone up on the system and then sent me to mtn vangate. I arrived an hour later at mtn vangate and they said i should come in the week as it's an exchange phone and they have to call the exchange department. Nevertheless the phoned was booked in for repairs.

I got a call on Tuesday saying it will cost R2750.00 to have my phone repaired. I was told warranty does not cover any physical damage. i explained the consultant that that my first Blackberry fell the lcd cracked and they gave me a new phone without paying anything. She told me "i was lucky " i'm very upset with this service!!!
