Vodacom refuses to fix Blackberrry Bold 9780 Under Warranty always 10 000 stories to avoid fixing something under warranty! what is the purpose of Vodacom offering warranties if they do not fix anything? always some smart answer - Job no 8552745 - My Speaker is not working and now it's due to Physical Damage??? and the cost is R900.00 to fix a Speaker on a Blackberry 9780? I can understand water damage and Physical Damage in a form of the phone looking like it has been hit by a truck or has A cracked screen etc! But the phone is in good condition and I KNOW it's been looked after it's in a cover the whole time and now Vodacom technician decides it was "physical damage" that caused the speaker to stop working? it's ridiculous and unacceptable to make such claims which is not true why don't you just rather sell your phones without a Warranty!
