I got a Blackberry Z10 on contract in the beginning of March 2013.
I soon found out that my speaker was faulty and report the problem within the first 6days (as stipulated in the contract). I was told to wait untill the Blackberry technician came to the shop and ask him to help me: "We don't want to send your phone away when there is a small fault that the technician can repair". I saw him the next week and he could NOT help me. I then had to send me phone in for repairs on the March 21st. I got my phone back on the 16th of April after it had already got there on the 12th and no-one notified me. Luckily I phoned them on the 15th to ask how far my phone is and it's then when they told me my phone is ready. My speaker is STILL faulty - the phone was NOT repaired. I went back to them the next day (today) and was told they can't help me, I have to send my phone in AGAIN for repairs.
Then this is the best part: they sent me to Vodacom (their competitor) to try and help me with my phone because, and I quote, " Vodacom's staff are better trained than the Cell C staff". I'm NOT going to be without a phone for another 3weeks while we still pay for the phone!!!
