Trouble with phone repairs

In June 2013 I handed in my BlackBerry Curve 9360 at Autopage to repair the card reader and speaker. One month later my phone was returned to me, however this time the screen was broken as well. Neither the speaker nor the card reader had been fixed.

I returned to Autopage and was told that my phone would be sent for repairs. After numerous weeks of waiting, I received an sms stating that the cost to fix my phone would be R2069.10. I found this to be utterly ridiculous, as the phone was still under warranty. I was later informed that the quote was in fact for a new phone. I repeatedly told them that since I could not afford a new phone at that time, and because of the warranty, they should repair my phone. They told me that the phone had physical damage, (the pc board was damaged) and that it could not be repaired under warranty.

The phone was in working order when I gave it in for repairs the first time and it was returned to me in a worse condition. They were unwilling to fix the problem they have created and I am still without a phone.
