Good day, I took out a contract in September last year 2013 and got the Samsung S4 mini with the contract, but 3 to 4 months later the phone was giving problems, like the speaker did not work etc, the phone IMEI no. is 357961051564096. I book the phone in for repairs under the warranty, as all devices got a 1 year warranty, i booked in the phone at Cell C Hatfield on the 21/12/2013 and then i received a call from the Hatfield Branch today the 13/01/2014 to collect the Samsung S4 Mini, which wasn't repair at all, cause there is apparently, physical damage, so now the phone cannot be repaired or getting replaced under the warranty and i demand that the phone get fixed atleast under warranty, but the repair centre just send the phone back not repaired, doesn't even call you and advise you on about the way forward or anything. Cell C service is way pathetic, i got another handset also in for repairs, and there i can assure you that there is absolutely no physical damage to that phone either, as i never dropped my phone whatsoever. I demand a replacement under warranty, thank you regards Pieter Oosterhuis
