Bad service and repai

After paying the excess fee Callsure gave me a phone which freezes, with loose charger & headsets. I had to hold the charger will charging. Bcuz I knew that Callsure won't return my phone quickly I didn't report to them. After 2 months a consultant, Tashony Smith, told me that my phone is out of warranty there4 I need to pay 4 fixing my phone. In Oct, Sharkirah Salie, told me that my phone is not out of warranty. Same week, another consultant, Phumeza Ngugudo, told me that I need to take my phone to an MTN shop to report the issue. Yet their policy document states that Callsure is liable of any replacement or repairs not me going to the mall. MTN shop didn't help me. I called Callsure to pick up my phone for repairs. I was told that I have to pay for my phone has physical damages. I refused to pay bcuz Tashony Smith delayed me in returning the phone back to Callsure in time by telling me that phone is out of warranty. They agreed to fix the phone after arguing with them. They returned it unfixed. Why was the phone not fixed if they could pick up the physical damages? Why ain't they giving me a new phone?
