No 3G Edge intermittant. Dropped calls, break up

No 3G and edge breaks up and drops calls for past two weeks. Apparently tower 226.
8-ta data service from same tower exhibits similar problems. 8-ta technician has confirmed poor RF level.
Reported numerous times. Most recent ref no's are: 0000353096 and 00003594021.
Call centers cannot give any meaningful feedback and problems persist.
Help please!!!
