I've had issues with data coverage for ages. I reported the issue last month. I've had nothing but hassles trying to get it sorted. NOBODY ever gets back to me. Customer service is absolutely NON-EXISTENT. I'm actually embarrassed for CELL C and will never recommend them to anyone.
After weeks of hassles and no replies, a message to Hello Peter prompted a technician to come do some testing in my area. He confirmed that the line was congested and that the tower that was providing signal needed to be upgraded. (Cell C are selling data that they don't have the capacity to provide).
I received an email saying my case has now been closed as the tower has been scheduled for an upgrade? REALLY??? The tower has NOT yet been upgraded therefore my internet is STILL NOT working and therefore my case should still be open! Nobody at Cell C can tell me when this supposed upgrade will take place as nobody knows???
Daily I'm struggling with EXTREMELY slow data speeds, constant dropped connections or no connectivity at all. The only saving grace I have is using my Vodacom sim with Vodacom data top up at MY EXPENSE.
Please can I get an update on when this tower upgrade is going to take place.
