I have an MTN 100 top up account. Every month as part of my package I get R100.00 airtime loaded on the 27th of the month. On the 30th I was told that I had no airtime. I phone and spoke to Presley. His reply aws that I had made a call for over an hour at 13h42 on the 30th, thus using up all my airtime. When i pointed out that this call was not registered on my phone log he agreed to log a dispute. I then contacted MTNSP and logged the same dispute. I got a reference no MTNSP2092272. Still no joy. I then phoned again and spoke to Katlego Mosia who advised me that I should be careful with my handset as some-one else must have made the call. My wife and I retired people and live alone. Still no sign on the phone log. His ref 999759945. It is amazing that a company the size and turnover of MTN who stoop to R100.00 airtime from a pensioner and not be prepared to do something about it. In 17 years with MTN I have found that the only way to get customer satisfaction from MTN is via your valuable service. Thank You Peter and I hope you help this time
