CellC speed drops to EDGE from 3G

Hello,

I live in Morningside Sandton Johannesburg, 1KM from CellC offices in Rivonia Road. and 80m from their tower. I have been getting 5MBs download speed for the last 3 weeks and all of a sudden last week, 1st May, the speed has dropped to 300KBps. That is 16 times slower!!! We are receiving a full strength signal but only edge signal and speeds not 3G which is what I paid for.

I have had no feedback on my problem. Your 7 days is up on Wednesday. Please can I have feedback as your call center cant give me any details.
