Poor 3G signal

I live in a Lifestyle Estate (Avalon) and have very poor 3G Signal while my neighbor has no problems. I am in contact with Vodacom from January 2013 and every few weeks the phone me and ask the same question: "are you satisfied" I have asked them many times to send a technician to attend to the problem, because sometimes I even do not get EDGE signal! From where I live the tower is about one kilometer!
