There is a problem with the cell tower at Baltimore -23.262273, 28.428614. Ever since the tower went online the 3G function hasn't worked. My phone picks up cell C 3G but never connects to it and only connects to Cell C EDGE for a few minutes. It then tries to connect to the 3G again and again with no success. The result is that I never have a stable signal and calls get dropped on a regular basis.
