For the past 4 years, numerous people have complained, about the poor signal in certain area's within Sasolburg. Petitions (numerous cellphone users) have been drawn up, complaints have also been sent to the newspapers. Vodacom is aware of this problem, they have confirmed that this is a problem by testing signal in the area. A new tower has been build to address this issue at Nick's corner. The tower is not been put into operation yet. Vodacom is dragging there feet in getting this tower operational. Vodacom is also not committing to provide a date when this tower will be put in operation. In the mean time, you struggle to make calls and access data. What is the point of having a contract with Vodacom if they do not deliver, every month they take off money, but you do not get a service for this money. Vodacom, please get your act together, sort out the signal problem in Sasolburg.
