Vodacom Cresta is useless

What useless service I have received from Vodacom Cresta.

I took my phone in about a month ago to Vodacare in Cresta as I was having battery problems with it, it is under warranty and the only problem was the battery. No one told me what was happening or what was wrong or if it was fixed, I had to call in countless times to get an answer and every time I was told my LCD screen was cracked and I needed to pay R3000 whilst I took in the phone because of battery problems.

First time I called in I spoke to Lindiwe who told me she will speak to her manager and call me back, and she never called me back.
Second time I spoke to Samantha and she also said she will speak to her manager and call me back, she also did not call me back. I called her back and she suddenly was on leave.
I called in the third time, and spoke to another lady and she told me the same thing about talking to her manager.

I am still waiting for all three lovely ladies to call me back. I want this resolved ASAP because Vodacom about my LCD screen cracking, and every month they are deducting money from my account, for a phone I am not even using. what they are!!!
