Since the 1st of May I have not been able to make calls on my cellphone as VIRGIN MOBILE have not loaded my airtime for the new month. The did not forget to take my money via debit order on the 30th of April. One cannot get hold of them and they do not answer their queries on their Facebook page either.
I have even loaded additional airtime on Saturday as I had to make a trip out of town and did not want to be stranded without airtime, but it would not even load the additional airtime which I have paid for now.
