On the 29th January my account was debited for a cellphone contract.
the airtime and mobile data was supposed to be transferred on the 1st of every month. i called them on the 1st they assured me by the 3rd of February the airtime and mobile data would reflect on my phone.
today is the 5th February no airtime and no data i spoke to customer care and now i must wait another 24 to 48 hours before airtime is reflected.
Since inception of this contract i had a problem and all virgin mobile can say is be patient the problem will be resolved.
How much patience must i have if they take your money but do not transfer the airtime and mobile data
