AIRTIME OFFER WHY NOT TO ALL CLIENTS

I am a airtime client of Virgin Mobile for years, and I am very disgusted that certain Virgin Mobile customers have been given the "Promotion on Airtime" {i.e. double the amount of airtime purchased}

I bought R80 airtime and got nothing!

Tried to call Customer care - Total nightmare "Network Busy"!!! is the message response
