I bought a Blackberry 9900 in January 2013. This cellphone just went dead and gives a 102 error, and give a message something about reloading software. I called the useless MTN call centre and they told me to go to the nearest MTN service centre to reload the software. They gave me the details for MTN Clearwater. I went there and they told me that I have to bring everything that was in the box, the cellphone and all the other stuff. They would then send it away, and they would give me a brand new phone. I got there with the box and all the contents, then they told me that I need to deal with MTN direct, because I didn't buy the phone from them. This is just pathetic service, why did the person at the call centre and the lady at the MTN service centre tell me that from the start without wasting my time. Then I call MTN Direct on 083 123 3667 choose option 3, and I get to the sam MTN. The operator tells me to call MTN Direct, but that's the number for MTN Direct that I got on their site. It's now a week and I dont have a phone or any luck from the useless people at MTN.
