Hi Hello Peter,

Last October 2012 i went for upgrade of my two handset, i went to Mimosa Mall MTN Franchise, i saw HUAWEI I9200 it was new on the market and it was only available at that store by the time, and i was told by the consultant there that it comes with an open line for 3 months then i can migrate to top up 100 afterwards, and to confirm that i called the MTN customer center consultant there confirm it as well. But after three months when i tried to migrate to top up 100 i was told its not possible as that package is only on open line and its for 24 months.
Now my account is very high and i am paying more than what i have budgeted and my line is been closed because i have arrears and i am paying R1240 monthly to try and put my account up to date and of which that amount i'm paying is too much for me, if i was given a right information from the beginning i shouldn't have take that phone, i could have settled for both samsung S2.Could you kindly help me solve this problem cause now this handset it doesn't even serve its purpose cos i only receive calls and sms that's it. And now i'm struggling financially.
